Who Can Play?

• This tournament is open to all players ages 5-Adult.
• Minimum 3 players, Maximum 6 players/ team

Game Times: Game times will vary by age/division, schedules typically run from 9am to as late as 8pm.

Format: Pool Play and Playoffs in Most Divisions

• Two 12 minute half games
• Minimum 4 Games
• One ref per field
• No goalies
• Create your own fun team name

Each Player Receives

• Minimum of 4 games
• Awards for every player on the top 3 teams in each division

SCHEDULE

Saturday, June 1st

Game Times: Typically games run from 9:00am to 6:00PM, but in depending on demand we may go as late as 8pm.

Team Check In: Teams will check in on site approximately 30 minutes before their first match.

Parking: There is ample free parking.

Team Level/Classification Guidelines:

• Register your team in the birth year of the oldest player on the team, no exceptions.
• Girls may play on Boys Teams, However, Boys may not play on Girls teams. Girls Teams may enter Boys divisions, However, Boys teams May NOT enter Girls divisions.
• 15-18 Year olds will register as High School, 19 and older are to be classified as Adult Teams unless individual age groups are offered.
• Competition Level (Indicate During Registration): We do not guarantee the division level you will play in, but indicating your desired level of play helps us make the divisions as competitive as possible. In some cases we may may combine the 2 levels but have separate play-offs and awards.
  • Elite: Indicates you want to play against the top competition
  • Open: Everyone else
• Vail National Championship Qualifications:
  • Must Play in The Elite Division
  • Must Finish in the Top 3
  • Any Team Can Register in Open division at Vail

• Offline Printable Waiver – Online waiver is filled out during registration on “The Sqwad” registration platform
• Age Division Breakdown – Age divisions are based on birth year for youth, and age by date of tournament for adult divisions.
• Field Dimensions – These can vary, but the fields are typically between 20-25 yds in width and 25-35 yds ion length.

Special Schedule Requests:

Most events are able to accommodate schedule requests such as a league game, travel time, or player availability (For example: Team has a 9:00 a.m. club match and cannot play until Noon, Your schedule may be 12, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5).

We try to accommodate all coaching and schedule requests up to 2 teams, but we cannot guarantee this especially in playoff rounds. Please bring coaching help if you have more than one team. Coaching conflicts that cannot be resolved are not a valid reason for withdrawal from the event and there will be no refunds for this reason. Conflicts AFTER schedules have been created will NOT be honored.
